What are the ingredients?

Purely Wild Burgundy Snails (Helix Pomatia), Water, Spices, Sea Salt, Natural Flavors. You will also find a couple pieces of organic aromats; usually Carrot and Bay Leaf.

What liquid are they packed in and are the cleaned n ready to eat or need cooking ate someone said they had legs still on that needed to be removed !

Packed in water and salt. I rinse then before preparing them to eat they are fully cooked but most dish are hot warming is required. These are snails they have no legs. Someone was pulling yours.

The can label says "very large" but raters seem to say they're actually small. Which is it?
