I use Spark Fusion EAA with water during my workouts and it keeps me energetic and provides all the 9 essential amino acids.Mixability with water is great, comes in a nice air sealed packet, and taste is supreme.

Efficacy : 5/5 for the price it is a great product as after doing lots of cardio namaste strength training (1 hr cardio+ 35 minutes strength training + 15 minutes cardio), it helps in recovery and no soreness in body.Taste: 3.5/5 gulpable but 3 out of 10 people will not like it's taste.Bad thing about the product: The color they have used for this blueberry flavour is too harsh on my body, it changed color of poop. Any such change in body is not good as body has to work extra to remove such unwanted fillers.Please fix this dye/color that you are putting in this product.

I’ve been using this EAA+BCAA supplement for about two weeks now, and I can definitely feel the difference in my muscle recovery and energy during workouts. The Black Berry flavor is surprisingly good—not too sweet and easy to sip during my sessions.It mixes well with water and doesn’t feel heavy on the stomach. I also like that it’s sugar-free and gluten-free, which fits well with my current diet.Overall, a great pick for anyone serious about fitness, recovery, and performance. I’ll be buying it again.

I have used their L-glutamine and it honestly worked I have been working out for 4 years so believe me when i say something works and yeah their L-Glutamine is awesome hence I am excited enough to try their EAA and I believe this one’s gonna be awesome too.
