Good, little camera. My wife is using it, and she is very happy too!

This at first seemed like a good, sharp recorder. However... In anything but very bright lights, it cannot record a usable image. I mean, even in a slightly dark location you cannot make out anything. I figured I'd just use it in bright daylight or with a bright light, so I did for a few months. I have to use an even cheaper camcorder to video anywhere except the brightest areas. But then, in about 4 months using it only 30 minutes every other week, it died complete. The image last seen would freeze on the screen. No mater what buttons were pushed, closing it, or anything else; it would not respond, not even to the power on/off button. The only way to make it work was to take the battery out, the I had to reset all the dates and times, which was most inconvenient when out making a video. It worked for a few minutes, then died again. When I reviewed the last remaining videos, it did not record the sound but only a garbled background sound. In summary: Zero lower light capability... horrible. Completely died in 4 months with light use.

Surprisingly - Photos and videos are of excellent quality, convenient delivery set: exactly what you need. Optical zoom is a big plus!! My daughter loves this camcorder!

Hello bought a much earlier model which went missing and so bought this latest model which is very good and much improved, picture quality 100%, very pleased. Recomended.

I ordered this because I like to take videos. They require a significant zoom that is better than my iPhone. On a positive note, this was shipped quickly and was well packed. Everything was included that was in the description. The disappointing parts was that the zoom is quite bad and it doesn’t auto focus. That was the main reason for ordering this. It looks better just to take a picture with an iPhone and zoom in super far. The 4K recording resolution stuttered and didn’t look great. The microphone didn’t do as good of a job as expected at recording voices and cutting out wind. For the price, I don’t think it is worth it as there are many other video recording products on Amazon. If you can get this for really cheap, it might be a good thing for young kids to mess around with.

Well. Camcorders have come a long way since my very first VHS camera! This one is compact, discreet, and easy to hold—no shoulder workout required. We’re just getting started with it, but so far I’m very impressed. The 4K video is crisp, and the camera holds sharp focus both in extreme close-ups and at surprising distances. It’s been especially fun to sneak up on birds and squirrels to capture clear video, which has actually helped me identify new birds and match calls to visuals. The 10X optical zoom is smooth and useful for nature filming without getting too close, and the 3.0" IPS touch screen is responsive and easy to navigate. It handles low light surprisingly well, especially considering the price point. However, there’s no built-in image stabilization—so a steady hand or, better yet, a tripod makes a big difference, especially at higher zoom levels. It comes with a 32GB memory card, which is a nice bonus and enough to get started. The onboard audio is a bit hollow, but there’s a jack for an external mic, which should improve sound quality significantly. I haven’t run the footage through an editor yet, but the files appear standard and should be compatible with most common editing software. This is a versatile and lightweight camcorder that is ready to go right out of the box. Looking forward to seeing what else it can do—or, rather, what I can do with it!
