I bought these for unbearable hot flushes and night sweats after trying lots of different treatments . They took approx 3 weeks to kick in but my life is so much better , instead of continuous hot flushes through the day I only have a few a day and they are not as intense as before. After taking just 1 capsule about 6 hours in I had very strong panic attack symptoms which lasted for several hours, since this was the only thing I had changed in my routine and having not suffered from panic attacks before (and was not a hot flush as was not flushing) this was the only thing I could attribute it to, so I decided to give another one a try and again some hours later that panic type symptoms were there again! So I stopped taking it immediately and not had any issues since stopping, so I would say that for some reason this does not agree with me in any way!

I don't think these were the real thing from this seller as inside packs were slightly different from packs I brought in high street shop! I paid less money too so should have known - too good to be true!! I did take a few but my symptoms came back!! Stopped taking them and threw them away.
