I know most women look for "paper thin" pads, but as someone who chronically suffers from heavy periods, thin pads are my enemy! These are perfect, not too thin and now crazy thick, yet cushiony enough to feel cozy down there at this difficult time of the month. I leak through every other pad I have tried on the market. Coming from tampons, I have to say that these pads are some of the best ones I’ve gotten for sure. Very comfortable for a pad and I like the different sizing they offer. They also don’t bleed through so I would say they can hold a good amount.
