I purchased the Philips mixer grinder around 8 months ago, trusting the brand for quality and durability. Initially, the performance was good – it was powerful, efficient, and did the job well for daily kitchen use.However, I'm quite disappointed that one of the jars has already got damaged in less than a year. I’ve been using the appliance with proper care, and it still cracked without any rough handling or overuse. This raises serious concerns about the material quality of the jars.Considering it's a well-known brand, I expected better durability. Now I have to look for a replacement jar separately, which is frustrating for a fairly new product. Philips should improve the build quality or offer better post-purchase support for such issues.

Worst product. Please don't buy . Waste of money . Horrible sound while grinding. Only one medium jar can be used for all purpose. The small jar is waste . Hardly you can grind anything in small jar . Product is not refundable too . Not even replacement option is there. No support from technical team and also from company . I complained , but no proper response . Request everyone don't waste your money . I didn't expect that Philips company will deliver such worst product. Really unhappy and unsatisfied too
