These smell fine and taste great. The multipack conveys a great value to me. They are effective and a great size.

According to the directions, you are supposed to allow one lozenge to dissolve in your mouth once or twice a day. I'm doing it once a day to make the package last longer. All I can say at this point is that they taste pretty good!
