I LOVE this thing! No waiting for it to warm up, even temps, excellent cooktop! Tons of buttons, but easy to use. Wipe clean!

We live in an RV and keeping it cool in the summer is vital. The RV comes with a gas stove and that is THE WORST for cooking on in the summer! We bought this to try to reduce the amount of heat we were adding to our RV on Summer evenings! It did exactly that! It allowed us to still cook indoors without adding too much heat for the ACs to overcome! My only complaint is that I can't find one bigger!! The unit works great and the temperature control range is very nice! It's fairly easy to use right out of the box. There are many other functions we haven't used (temp probe, programming, etc) but the basic cooking features work well. It's small enough that it doesn't add too much bulk to our smaller living situation!

I love using the nuwave burner. It's incredibly easy to use and having the thermometer helps me verify that the temperature is where it should be. I use it for infusing oils at a low temperature over a long period of time. It works perfectly and is easy to set the temperature and timer to keep it going on around 95 degrees for 24-48 hours. It's easy to clean and even though there is some noise from the fan that runs it's not too loud or so annoying that I wouldn't recommend the product. It sounds like a background fan running. It seems to be a well made product. I have been using it for a few months now and haven't had any issues.

We bought this for traveling but have used it at home. It heats up really quickly but just uses a 120V receptacle. It cools down reasonably soon. We will be carrying it in checked bags along with a small pan but it gives us good options for better food when away. The heat regulation is not as variable as I would like, or as good as our fancy Bosch induction range but it did work well and cooked quickly. I do wish they could condense the form factor (overall size) down just a bit more, but it isn't too big to carry and isn't heavy.

Brilliant. This cooktop works for all my needs. Heats-up food so fast; I use a stainless stock-pot and plan-on using a cast-iron. Large surface-area. My husband and I are full-time RVs and we love to travel. When I came across this Nuwave cooktop I was hooked period I don’t like using the propane stove so this cooktop was better for me. And it’s a good size that I could fit in one of the drawers. I use this cook every day for every meal. It’s so versatile that you can do just about anything in it. Now the diamond is a little different than my older unit and the settings are a little different. It’s automatically set to 500. Which of course you can adjust. Another new feature with the diamond is there are different wattages from 900 to 1400 to cook your Foods. And of course at the 1400 W setting your food cooks a bit faster so you have to control your temperature a little bit more. The size is very space-saving. It’s very easy to use it. Cleans up easy and I find that Food cooks evenly all over the pan or pot that you’re using. I highly recommend this unit weather you live in a house, Motorhome or are going camping. Also, with my cooktop, it comes with a probe and a probe holder. In one of my pictures, it shows the probe, and I also demonstrate the probe in the holder in the pot. You would insert the probe into whatever you’re cooking. I used a very, very thick pork chop, and I used the probe in that and I was very surprised at how well, the probe worked in cooking the pork chop to completely done and it was very moist and juicy in the inside of the chop. And you can use it on just about anything. So if you’re looking for something convenient, easy to use, easy to clean and , small enough, depending on the size that you buy, to fit in just about any drawer or cabinet you may have. Again, I highly recommend this and it’s the only thing I use when cooking. Also, it cuts down on the heat when cooking. Like when you use your stove, how it heats up your house you won’t have this with your cooktop. And to me, that’s a plus.

I upgraded from the "Flex" to the "Diamond" version to get the new temperature probe feature, and while it would be nice if hitting the "probe" function would default to "Target Hold" instead of having to push-hold-4s to configure, the new feature is a game changer ! My home induction stove top doesn't even have this feature ! I calibrated the NuWave Diamond temp probe against my industrial Fluke temperature probe, and it was -8°F @ 212°F (large pot of boiling water) so I just mentally make the adjustment when setting target temp for anything critical (perfect for candy making !) It would be nice if it had a "Calibration" mode where we could set a permanent offset, but it gets the job done. Regardless, with the NuWave making the only countertop Induction hotplates that offersselectable Input Wattage—and now Target Temperature control—I almost want to rip out my stovetop and install 4 of these embedded in my counter =P NuWave stands out among all the other countertop appliance makers by offering selectable Input Power for those of us with constrained power (like shared circuits in dorm rooms, or limited solar "generator", etc). I love that I can run either this, or my NuWave air fryer on my 1000W solar "generator". Every other appliance requires > 1000W just to start up. <3 NuWave !

Great for RV small footprint and the wattage can be changed between 600, 1200 and 1700. Very nice when lower wattage is needed to save battery life. Easy to clean and only heats up the pot or pan.
