Been using this gel for years. It gives a Rock-hard control on hair no US made hair gel can match. Yes, it is expensive but it works best for me.

Does not hold my short hair as it is advertised. I’d return it in a heartbeat if I could.

texture feels just right in hand, holds all day even after hours of yard work in hot summer days, nice light scent a huge plus compared to most western hair gels being either scentless, or overpowering

I bought this gel during my business trip to Japan because I didn't want to travel with gel products for unnecessary luggage inspection. Typical gel would not last long enough but this Gatsby one could last the whole day and my hair would not become stiff after applying it. The scent is not strong. Definitely recommend it for long lasting styling.

Picked this up in Japan and loved it! Purchased several times since through Amazon. Have not found it in US stores. The 100g tube is perfect for air travel. However, now I have not received my last order and told that it is too old to claim a refund. Last request says that it was too early for a refund. Very disappointed and will not likely order again since coming in from Japan is too risky to receive at all.

Love it, probably the best gel I have ever found. I first found this hair gel back in 2017 when I was traveling in Japan, it holds super hard and it has a good smell to it. Absolutely love it and I would definitely recommend

長年使っていますが、髪型をきちっと固めたいときにはこれに頼っています。朝、髪をすこし湿らせワックスまたはジェルワックスで髪型を作って、最後にこれで固めています。スーパーハードの名の通り、キープ力は抜群です。髪にちょっと水をつければ再整髪もできます。湿気の多い日もキープ力は変わりません。価格は安いけど、頼りになる整髪剤です。
