I was a little skeptical. But it’s definitely worth it. The smell isn’t strong. Sorta smells like Bengay. It definitely helps with Rashes, Hives etc. It also gives a cooling effect. It’s not greasy and easy to apply.

This cream is gold, for those of us with serious uticaria / hives problems, i saw great results in as little as two days . It works great, honestly recommend.

I like this cream. The effectiveness and itch relief from this product has been working thus far. It is very creamy. Not thin or runny. Easy to apply. It has a very light scent. I have only been using it for a few days. Within 24 hrs I noticed my skin was very subtle and hives were not present. Ever since I had a severe allergic reaction to a couple prescription meds which cause me to break out in hives. Especially on arms and stomach area . Nothing seem to help even taken Benadryl did nothing for the itching and swelling. I then found great reviews for this cream so I decided to give it a try. I am glad I did. No more scratching myself raw at night. It is more a slight expensive but well worth it and my peace of mind in getting a goods night rest.

Definitely helps with itching, not sure if it helps your problem go away but that’s okay I bought it to help the itching not expecting a miracle. It feels exactly like Icy Hot if it was only “icy” without the hot. I was on vacation and have had hives since then, I’ve used this for a few days and while my problem doesn’t seem to be getting “better” the itching is more bearable. I wouldn’t recommend putting this on a very large area of your body before bed…I was so itchy before bed last night that I put it on my arms, legs and a little of my torso and I was so freezing cold that I had to sleep with layers on to stop shaking! It is VERY cooling. It was that “i can’t get warm” kind of cold. Would definitely recommend daytime use!

I had hives for two weeks around my neck. Also was very itchy . I tried Ishancare cream. At first it stung a bit but then I felt a cool sensation. My itch went away and so did my hives. I was so happy that it worked. Just gave some to my daughter to try. I hope she has the same results.

Did not help with hives relief

I have been struggling for over a decade with hive breakouts on my back. The doctors haven’t figured out what's causing it and just push steroid creams. I have spent years digging at the itch then recently stumbled across this cream. Though doubtful, I ordered it. Nothing has worked for me... until now! The hives are under control and as long as I have this on my back, I am no longer digging at the itches. Though I still would love to know what's causing the allergic reaction on my back, I am very grateful that this is working the way it is. I highly recommend!
