It's easier to give him his ear drops and trim his claws! I'm not saying it will work for everyone, and he still has his food issues but they are better. He does still pull a bit but doesn't gag as bad. I'm not sure we'll EVER find something that doesn't press his trachea simply due to his body shape. I did have to exchange my order for a larger size since in this brand's other harnesses, he wears a large, he ended up needing an xl in this one though its a tad loose.
