There was no difficulty involved in the application procedure. Simply pull it off and place it over the bridge of your nose like that. Because I have sensitive skin that has a tendency to react to adhesives, I was pleasantly surprised by how effectively they attached; nonetheless, they did not cause any irritation or pain to my skin on any occasion. There was a surprise on the very first night. To my surprise, I was able to breathe through my nose! I got the sensation that someone had abruptly removed the plug from my nose. I awoke feeling more refreshed than I had in months, and my girlfriend remarked that my snoring had greatly decreased. These are both positive developments. According to my understanding, the strips function by gently raising the sides of the nose, which in turn opens up the nasal passages. Not only is it a straightforward idea, but it is also very efficient.

These don’t stick very well but the size is perfect and they don’t hurt was very cheap for the cost and does help with the snoring a bit. Would recommend finding one that sticks a little better

Doesn’t stay onUsed these for a couple nights and they fall off every time before I wake up. I prepped my skin and pressed them down for like 10 minutes, and they still couldn’t hang on. Not worth it if they can’t even stay put through the night.

When i originally purchased this item, i bought 10 of them at 2.99 per pack.I REALLY like these nasal strips, they are well made and fit snug without falling off all night, and are easy to remove without damaging my skin, and there are 20 in each pack...so it was a MUCH better deal than the "Breathe right" strips i was buying before...at $8.00 per 27 count box!"Fast-forward" 6 months, and i want to make another purchase of them...but now they cost $7.99 each pack! That's a price hike of $5.00! Yeah...NOPE! I understand the whole "inflation" and "tariffs" argument...but THIS is just blatant PROFITEERING...you mean to tell me that due to "tariffs & inflation", the price shot up $5.00??? Yeah...i WON'T be buying these again...go milk another suckered, i am NOT the one!

My son has a deviated septum and sleeps with mouth open. In fact he is more of a mouth breather period. My daughter is also a mouth open when sleeping kinda gal and it is helpful! I had sampled one for a short time and couldn’t believe the improvement in my own breathing as well. I just purchased a second package.

I had trouble with some of the strips remaining in place, maybe due to Florida heat. I had marginal success quelling the snoring noises.

Don’t stick on my athletes nose very well.

To me, these were just as good as the official Breathe Right Strips, only are much, much cheaper, and are of a soft fabric rather than hard plastic, which doesn't even look as bad if you wear them in public. The price absolutely cannot be beat, and I love the ziplock pouch they come in. Less waste and easier to carry with you for overnight excursions or whatever.
