Needed it in a pinch, this unit delivered.
Broke the arbor off of my existing water grinder mid-job drilling 1.25" core holes, needed a good replacement fast and cheap, this one saved the day.

Good for what it is
Good for what it is, I read all kinds of negative comments saying “I got shocked” using a Hardin wet grinder... that’s like writing a negative review for a hammer because you hit your thumb. Long story short it’s a Chinese electric wet grinder, are you going to catch some voltage? probably. Did I? Yep!! Was I surprised when I did? Nope. It doesn’t hurt, there’s a transistor and breaker on the cord so you’re most likely not going to die. Frankly you’d have to be one unlucky person to get off-ed by low amperage AC current or just use a pacemaker, which I feel we already know how your luck has been. Either way, I recommend this if you’re going to use it for your Home or you’re a hobbyists like me who occasionally polishes rocks and minerals. If you’re going to use for a construction gig just invest the extra $150 and get a the premium wet grinder.

Switch doesn't stay on "on" position?
Machine just arrived. I plugged it in and everything looks good. One thing I noticed is the switch to turn it on needs to be held in order for it to stay on. Im not sure if its just a defect on mine or are they all like this. I was hoping the switch would stay on like other grinders/polishers such as makita/Milwaukee. I would find it harder/annoying to use in longer periods of time.

Right tool for the right price!
