Worked perfectly as described on my 02 RK. Sticker is separated so you can add it after tightening the screw as much as needed and then add the sticker so itโs always straight.

Works well, affordable, simply unscrew the oem, and install/thread this one on (pro tip make sure your seats settled in place and tighten the screw before you install the sticker)

Cool little bolt but if u tighten it the whole way the skeleton faces left. It may not matter if it's just a smidge "loose" but we'll see. It fit just fine in my 2018 SGS.
