I have several facial moisturizers in my collection because I belong to a review program where I get sent them to me to write a review and I ran out of my expensive moisturizer so I stopped using it because I don't have the money to replenish. So I was on the hunt for a new facial moisturizer, now I have very oily skin and no matter what I use I wake up in the morning with a very oily face and my makeup mixed with the moisturizer I put on my face after washing in the morning gets very oily throughout the day. While on my hunt I was searching Nina pools tick tocks for an affordable moisturizer for oily skin iykyk and she recommended this product because it's affordable lightweight and not greasy so I searched and searched and read review after review and decided why not give it a try it's under $10 well let me just tell you how great I think this moisturizer is, it doesn't leave my face greasy it doesn't sit on top of my skin it absorbs very quickly my skin is very dry but not over dry it's moisturized and dry I know some have commented on how strong the smell is but I find it very pleasant and not too strong and you don't notice it after a while anyway because it dissipates. Honestly I find this comparable if not better to the IT Cosmetics gel moisturizer but the difference is this one is way cheaper. I highly recommend it if you have oily skin that's hard to control. When I was a teenager I used to use rubbing alcohol on my face to try to dry out my skin to get rid of the oil I wish I would have known I was making it worse I didn't know you need to moisturize your skin is oily because it's dry and Flaky and your skin is trying to moisturize itself. I'm 40 now and have a whole skincare routine and learned that moisturizer is key especially a water-based gel. If you take anything from this review take the fact that it helps dry out oily skin while moisturizing at the same time.

While I was waiting for delivery, I washed my face and figured I’d wait for the moisturizer. My face was dry and tight feeling after washing, but I waited. I wanted to see what effect, if any, this gel moisturizer would have on my parched face. It soothed it! After applying, my face didn’t feel goopy or sticky nor did it feel dry or tight. It felt just right. Love this moisturizer! Love the scent! Love the color! Love the packaging! Love the way my skin feels! Wonderful stuff! Excellent moisturizer for summer. I checked the ingredients online before purchasing and none were flagged as comedogenic. Thank you, Pond’s! Since I’m now a geezerette, I love that it contains hyaluronic acid as well as vitamins E & B3. Great price, too. Pond’s hit it outta the park!

Great dupe for the hydro boost moisturizer at a fraction of the price. Also smells better imo. Very gentle on skin and hydrating.

I HAVE SUPER OILY SKIN. I really like the texture and moisturization for my oily skin, HOWEVER, I wish this was unscented because it really smells strong almost like cologne smell (to me at least), and I do think the Hyaluronic Acid is triggering my sensitive skin as well as the scent so I'm going to try the Aloe gel one instead.

Fist time buyer and I love, love, love this moisturizer! it’s gentle for sensitive skin, and super juicy on your face. Doesn’t leave an oily film, and soaks in very quickly. I like to use it in the morning, and as the first layer of my retinol “sandwich” at night.

Not greasy. Soaks in well and retains hydration. Pleasant smell.

Pros: it's hydrating and has a nice consistency. On its own, it doesn't hydrate enough for my Minnesotan winter skin and would be better in the summer during these day. But with Thayers milky toner, it would have been perfect as a day moisturizer. Unfortunately, it's super fragranced with a "fresh floral" type scent to the point where it triggered a rosacea flare up on me. My skin is usually pretty tolerant of my anti-aging product experiments (I'm almost 40), but this one got to me. Just a heads up if you react fragrance.

My face is very delicate since it is oily; other creams haven't worked for me and actually cause acne, but I love this cream—it leaves my skin soft and fresh all day long.

Holy moisture!!! Bought both of these after seeing a Nina Pool video recommending this as a dupe to more expensive water gels (eg Clinique Moisture Surge.) I was not disappointed. I live in a very dry climate, and retaining moisture in my skin is a constant battle. I layer the blue one on before bed, and even on nights where I don’t use something more occlusive after, I wake up with amazing skin. I’ve been using the green (aloe) as a base under my makeup and it gives the perfect moisturized glow, and my makeup layers really beautifully on top. This is light, non-greasy, not oily, and I find it absorbs really well. Highly effective, and incredible value for money. I’ll be buying this again and again. The one caution I’d have is if you’re sensitive to scent, these may not be for you. The scent is very nice, but it’s very fragrant.

Surprisingly good. I have lots of high end stuff. I was urges to try this from TikTok. It is light but moistirizing. It does not bother my sensitive skin. À Little goes a long way.

I ordered twice. I love the clean smell and how it spreads on the face.
