Well-made
Onto my 2nd toothbrush out of 4. Cleans well. Each new brush scratches the corner of my mouth a bit until, I suppose, I polished it off, lol! I have not experienced the issues other reviewers listed; perhaps 1 or 2 loose strands come off, but no big deal. I replace it every 3 months for sanitary purposes. I like the fact that I'm not brushing my teeth with plastic!!!

Awesome
So far so good. Only a week in but Iโm loving the toothbrush. This first time I used it I was shocked by the stiffness of the bristles but they softened up the next time and itโs been great since.

Not poison. Yay!!....but seriously, yay
It's comforting to use a toothbrush without plastic or glue. Entirely eliminating plastic from my family's life feels impossible right now, but doing what I can is always possible. And thanks to Primals, offering myself and my family a plastic-free toothbrush is finally possible. If you don't like medium-firm bristles, their horse hair toothbrush is supposed to be more gentle. We like these bristles, not too firm but not too soft for us. The bristles do fall out sometimes, but we don't even care because this toothbrush isn't poisoning us or rendering us infertile. I just wish they had individual brushes for sale. Either way, I highly recommend these!

I now know what a boar's hair tastes like...
This is a fantastic product. Does what its intended to do. It does, however, taste a bit... boarish... the first few (2-3) brushes. If you can't tolerate that then maybe pass on these and try the horse hair ones. Perhaps horse tastes better than boar? Also a few of the bristles came off in my mouth which had the same irritating effect as swallowing a hair. Not a deal breaker and hasn't happened again since the first couple brushes. IMPORTANT NOTE: It is ESSENTIAL that you leave this brush out to dry after use. Leave it out for at least 6 - 8 hours. Bamboo is VERY prone to mold if left wet.

Love the product
The bristles are not too hard. The brush itself is a little larger than a normal tooth brush but not a problem. The simple fact that it is completely biodegradable makes it even better.

Boars for the absolute win
These brushes are fantastic. I've been struggling with my oral health for a while, nothing too major, but semi-frequent cavities and persistent inflammation along my gumline. My boyfriend recommended boar bristle toothbrushes to me because the nylon in regular brushes wreaks havoc on his mouth. Week two of using these and my inflammation has gone down significantly (not to zero, but still a huge improvement). I also switched out my regular floss for silk floss. I've found too, and this is really strange, but it does a better job at getting rid of plaque along my gumline than my *electric toothbrush*. Someone explain that to me. I don't look a gift horse in the mouth though, against the advice of my Trojan homies. ALSO, I have sensory issues and I've always hated brushing my teeth, I'm not sure why. But since using these toothbrushes I've brushed them a lot more, and for a lot longer. It feels like a massage for my gums. It's a very satisfying feeling. If you're on the fence, try it. I'm still holding on to my old electric toothbrushes in case the next few weeks (or an upcoming dental appointment) reveal some new information, but honestly I'll cry if I have to go back to them. Now here's to hoping the world doesn't run out of boars. Dem boys have some nice bristles. ๐ฅ๐ Stay golden!

Reduction in Daily Plastic Consumption
After becoming more educated on the unfavorable health effects from ingesting plastics on a daily basis, I decided to give these a try. After a couple months of use, I've observed that the bristles held up weld and retained rigidity. In my opinion, these do as well or better than a nylon plastic bristle brush and from what I can tell, do not appear to contain plastics or polymers. Where each brush each looks the same, I had to mark the bottom of the handles w/ initials so family can tell whose is whose, but am happy to do so if it means not adding petrochemicals to our bodies on a daily basis. Five stars.

Good
Glad to have found a non-toxic way to brush. The bristles are rougher than your normal plastic bristles, so you have to get used to that. Iโve only had 1 bristle fall out while using it.

Plastique 100%

I paid 53$ with shipping
Would I buy it again? Yes. Will I buy it again? Yes. I was worried that the firmness would be too soft because I massage my gums gently with a firm brush. I only tried one in the package, but it's firm, and it's excellent. I will probably buy multiple at once next time. Very nice packaging. edit: The fact that it can stand on its own is awesome. edit 2: removing 0.5 stars because the bristle comes out.
