Complete Cheese Pairing Cookbook, The

I manage a busy cheese counter, and this book is a great reference to help me make pairing suggestions to my customers. I hove how it's organized, both by ingredient to be paired with, and by cheese type. Beutiful photography as well. There are tons of recipes that I personally want to try. I can see this becoming one of my most referenced cheese books.

Bought for someone who likes cheese and books , got to be a winner .

We have watched Morgan on Sunday Brunch and she has always been a delight. Very interested in her new book I bought it for Mrs B as she is very very happy and keen to learn about pairings and the new recipes. Beautiful book beautifully laid out and photos graphics are lush. Cannot rate it highly enough. When we are next in London Muswell Hill here we come such a beautiful read a total delight x

Great book I wish I could keep it. BUT had to return it, the book was crushed, binding broken, box dented, looks like it was run over. It is a really great book , I will look else where for a copy.
