I have my hearing back, if only for the time I have my Earprints in.Instruments and vocals sound like themselves again.Soundstage is stable again! This was the most surprising aspect of the change. I guess because my hearing loss was only in the high frequencies in my left ear, it screwed up the stability of the soundstage as tones changed. Very frustrating, and I couldn’t really verbalize that until now. I spent hours fiddling with balance, volume, frequency etc. only to walk away angry and frustrated. These Earprints fixed it in 90 seconds!So grateful to have my music back! Now if only they exported their audio correction circuit for my speaker rig! But otherwise fine product. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Acceptable headphones with a disappointing remote and poor design *by N***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 16, 2018* I’ve been using these for a few months now and as someone who primarily listens while walking or on the subway, sound-wise I really can’t tell the difference between these and the B&O Play, Klipsch or 1More. Sonically, they’re indistinguishable to me.Where they are different, and disappointing, is in their design. The remote can’t change the track which I knew in advance, but in practice is a real bummer. I find myself constantly pulling my phone out of my pocket. It kind of makes me wish the thing didn’t even have a remote, especially given how clunky and unattractive this thing looks when dangling from your neck.But the buttons are my biggest complaint. You have to hold the power button down for an inordinate amount of time to turn the headphones on or off, which means I often think I’ve turned it off, only to find out 8 hours later that I didn’t and now the thing is dead. But even more frustrating is that the power button is also the “earprint” button - and it’s right next to the volume button. I can’t tell you how many times I have hit the button on accident, resulting in me having to go through the two minute hearing test. The last thing you want when you’re about to get on a work call is to have to sit through a two minute hearing test. Or when you’re trying to listen to a podcast, or a song. Why is this button so prominently featured on the remote? Are people resetting their levels daily? It’s incredibly frustrating.And just aesthetically, I like that the headphone cords are different colors, I like that the cord to the phone is braided, but when they’re all connected to a large and cheap looking remote, when you have to add a clip because the remote is heavy and keeps yanking the buds out of your ears, it just kind of looks slapdash. Like something you hacked together yourself out of parts from a bunch of cast-off headsets.And finally, I noticed that the cold weather tends to drain the remote battery. (Which isn’t very long to begin with, especially if you’re on a long flight.)
