Other tents are made of a mesh screen type fabric, but these are more like a sheer curtain material so they keep out even the tiniest insects. In fact, I am now using one in my kitchen at home to keep fruit flies off bananas and homegrown tomatoes. I am also very impressed with the Chefast customer service. They enclose a note with each order stressing their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction, so I thought they'd like to know that I noticed some slight defects in one of the tents (their logo was backwards and some stitching was a bit loose). They responded very quickly and seemed to truly appreciate the input, then kindly sent me a replacement.
