I feel so fancy using this Danish Wisk! I had never heard of one until a few weeks ago. I use it in my breadmaking. It quickly blends the liquids and dry ingredients. And the cleanup is so easy. This would make a great gift for someone starting their breadmaking life or an old 70 year old like me!

The whisk is sturdy but the lame razors seem a bit thin and I still struggled to score my loaves with it

Great price! I have used this bread whisk time and time again with no issues. The size is perfect for large batches of dough and can tackle smaller batches with no problem. Very comfortable in hand. Quality build. Cleaning can be tough, however, I use diluted white vinegar to help cleaning as this breaks down the dough and cleans out the tough to reach areas

I didn't feel it very convenient. Pst usage cleaning is not easy at the junctions of wire.
