I’m a fan of Shilajit resin, but it’s very bitter. I have found that it’s okay if you add it to sweet tea, so if you order this you may want to give that a shot.This Mars resin appears to be made in India. Their website and product page indicates that there is a “Certificate of Authenticity”, although I think they really mean “Certificate of Analysis”. It’s a generic certificated from 2023 and I couldn’t find where they have batch traceable certificates, so I don’t put too much stock in that.Overall this is a good option if you’re looking for pure resin to mix with a liquid. If you’re looking for something to consume directly, then try a product that mixes it with honey.

I am sure that the health benefits for this stuff would be great, if I could get passed the flavor. This stuff is extremely sticky, does not disolve easily, and tastes a little like coffee mixed with tar and tree sap.

Very nasty taste, no results

I wanted to try this because of the great health benefits associated with shilajit resin. The packaging was secure and sealed. It came with the small spoon for dosing. I could not get past the smell. When I did my research about this stuff, I read there was a smell. I thought i could get past it. I could not bring myself to put it in my mouth. I need to find out what I can mix this with so I can take it.
