Really helped my back pain

It provided me with instant relief after using it for the first time. It is painful at first as the muscles are slowly stretched, but the results are brilliant. A lot of stiffness and pain has been eliminated. I can now get up out of a chair without pain, I can feel my posture is so much more correct and upright. I have a slightly dislodged disk at L3/L4 and been told an operation would be risky for me with a heart condition. This device has given me great relief and allowed me to pursue more lower back exercises to strengthen my back.

This product really does help. I have severe back pain due to being pregnant (I am 22 weeks). Also PGP I was desperate for anything that could help me get through a day without being in agony. I now use this morning and before bed and it really has improved my life. Considering how cheap it is, its totally worth it and has helped more than the back straps or support pillows. Its also solid quality but I do agree if your weak its going to be very difficult to set up. I had to ask my husband to do it. The first time I laid down it cracked by hip and back and I felt immediate relief after lying on it for 5 minutes. The relief was better than a massage. You do have to focus on relaxing your back to get the full benefit. My husband uses it aswell and its helping him to. I am would recommend it to anyone with back pain. I hope I can still use it towards the end of my pregnancy but its something I will hopefully keep using for the rest of my life as I do tend to sit down a lot.

I can't really comment on how good or effective this is as I've only had it a couple of days and used it twice. What I can say, or ask, can I put a claim in for the injury to my right shoulder I received whilst trying to put the thing together??? The idea is simple, you just need the strength of a body builder to be able to clip it in.....and yes, I did bend it first. It's not painful to lie on and it's surprisingly sturdy. (Well it holds my weight, so it must be!!) As a novice, I'm at stage one and I imagine I'll probably be there for sometime, probably for ever but that's ok. I'm not looking to become the next evolution...... couch potato to most bendy person ever. If it helps relieve my sciatica even just a little, I'll be happy. I'll update if I improve.

Originally purchased for my husband as his back locks up sometimes. It gives a good stretch. It was kinda painful at first but you get used to it. It has improved his back. I started using it and let me tell ya I'm on the heavier side and it is sturdy! It's helped my back as well. It can be a bit tricky to adjust at first when it's new but gets better! Highly recommend!

I have been using it every night on my back for a few weeks now and my posture is slowly getting better and it was easy to use. It’s also great for back pain & also it a good value of money. The quality was great and I’m already on level 3. I would recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Seems to do what I want. I make sure I put a thin fleecy over it. It took all my husband's 6'2" strength to put it on the highest setting. It would be difficult to put together for some people. The strength might be the point but you have to bend a really hard piece of plastic into a groove at either end.

It has three levels and the first one has been very comfortable to start with. I bought it because I saw on Instagram this Chinese person saying a good posture in the lower back can help reduce big belly.
