Yes it does. I purchased it for my knee and you can leave it folded in half in the pouch or take it out and wrap it around my knee. It really is one of the best ice wraps I have owned

After using for 20 minutes and returning to freezer, how soon is it ready for use again?

I use it after the chiropractor so in for 20, off for a hour and when I get it out it is pretty much like It was the first time I used it. Would recommend this product

Can I microwave this to make it hot?

We don't recommend heating this product in the microwave, but you can soak the pack in hot water to warm it up to the desired temperature.
