I have a sensitive stomach I brought these probiotics so I can improve my stomach health. I took one the day it arrived, no issues at all. I ate a healthy meal and went to the gym later, had a protein drink before bed. The next day I woke up feeling gassy, no issues as expected with a probiotic. But I also felt very alert which was unexpected but wasn’t complaining. Had a healthy breakfast. A few hours later (I haven’t taken a second pill yet) I HAD A FULL BLOWN PANICK ATTACK. THE TYPE WHERE I HAD A SUDDEN SENCE OF DOOM!!! PANICKING IF I WAS ABOUT TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK OR SOMETHING ELSE!!! WORST FEELING EVER!!! After that incident I took a nap woke up to my stomach gurgling, was able to eat. But the anxiety in my mind still lingered. Just read the other similar reviews here…. go find something else please

I like switch up my probiotics. After having several good months using MEGA SporeBiotic, I thought I would try Physicians CHOICE. I was only a few days in when I started get red itchy hives breaking out on the top of my hands around my knuckles. I had no idea what was happening. I didn't think to check the reviews before purchasing, but afterward I thought that the sudden violent uncontrolled itchy red hives could be caused by something I had recently changed. After reading through the reviews here on the itchy hives and red rashes resulting from taking Physician's CHOISE, I am going to stop taking this product! It does go to show thought that probiotics are affective at change, in my case not the change or gut maintenance I was looking for. My gut has been otherwise good since taking this product, but still.....

Don't buy the powder form. It sticks to your throat and makes you cough. I haven't taken it for 3 days now and my cough is going away. I should have known something was wrong when it stuck to the inside of the glass I used. No refunds.

I chose this one over the Endomune that I normally get because this one offered the 30 day supply for half the cost of Endomune (60 day supply). Will never do that again. Essentially the 30/60 day supplies cost about the same. Where they differ, is that this one caused me abdominal pain and constipation almost immediately, and I was only able to take it for like 3 days. Whereas, Endomune worked immediately and never caused me a single issue. I reached out to Physician's choice and they asked a number of questions and when the product was refunded by Amazon, physician's choice immediately closed the ticket. Apparently, as long as I got my money back, the pain and constipation didn't concern them very much. They did ask if I had to go to the doctor over it... I haven't, but if the pain doesn't go away soon, I will.. didn't seem to matter. the issued the refund, case closed in their eyes. Protect yourself and go with Endomune. It's a far superior one to this.

I think the taste is horrible and the smell that it makes your drink is so unpleasant hoping to return for a refund as I only used 2 and don’t plan to use the rest

(UPDATE - 05/19/20) Two weeks later, my review of this product with 1 star rating stands. No efficacy is realized here. So, I do demand a refund. I suffer from IBS-D. I had high hopes for this product after reading ALL those 5 stars reviews! After four (4) days of taking them - NO noticeable result is realized! My conditions actually have worsened. But, I don't know - it may be whatever it is that at times simply makes you feel miserable if you happened to suffer from IBS-D. Sometimes, it is the diet that makes you simply miserable, and sometimes it seems for just NO good reasons. It is hard to tell. It is a disservice to the consumers though, and it is plain unethical and wrong those who write untruthful reviews. It is misleading and should not be allowed. It is really really hard these days to judge the validity of some of those reviews highly favorable and/or critical of any given product. You see those bloated reviews for ALL sorts of products and you simply know that they're baseless, but if you suffer from this God awful IBS-D syndrome with NO remedy in sight - you just pray that you might have just found the right supplement and it just might work for you. I REALLY REALLY REALLY wished that Amazon could have done a better job to sort out the facts from fictions and worst yet from deception. I'm going to continue taking them for the next 26 days, however, since I have bought THREE (3) bottles of them through "subscribe & save" - I'm going to return the other TWO (2) cancel my subscription and ask for my money back on ALL THREE (3) bottles!

Read the 1 star reviews!! Picked these up because of the amazing price & I should have known better. Used this product for two days & it tore my insides up. it was my second dose that really put me down. Gas, cramps, diarrhea, nausea.. All the side effects some people were commenting about, I ended up experiencing! I do not recommend this product & never have had a probiotic act like this in my system.

Tried it the first few days and It gave me the worst anxiety ever, wasn't even sure it was even linked to this until I stopped taking it completely and the anxiety along with these weird heart palpitations stopped. Sucks that I spent so much to not use this products after a few days, even switched from a probiotic that I've been using for years.

Must have because of the number of the probiotics in this container for each pill
