Noisy when bag swings back and forth.
The media could not be loaded. The idea is good and I appreciate the 16" spacing, which allows for secure mounting on two studs. However, the locking mechanism for pivoting doesn’t hold firmly, causing a loud clicking noise as it shifts back and forth. This issue is noticeable, especially with my 70lb bag, so I’m giving it 3 stars. I've attached a video to demonstrate the sound.

Updated
Update: the company reached out to me and sent another one. Excellent customer service. The bolt that holds the bar is not on the right side of the metal piece for the holes to line up. That or the holes are on the wrong side. Not sure if this is a fluke with this one it what but the ring for the bag is now on the side instead of underneath. Otherwise couldn't secure it

Bolt broke after 2 months of light use
The golt in the arm broke off from the arm itself, sending the 100lb bag flying. I thought I'd contact to get a new arm since it's under warranty but there is no method to contact the company. Amazon couldn't help me get a contact for them, their page sends you in circles and there have no non-amazon location. No point in a warranty if you can't make a claim on it.

Solid heavy duty bag hanger
This wall mounted punching bag hanger is adjustable, so it will be noisy, if a completely noiseless mount is what you want, this is not the product for you. For me, the priority is adjustability and stability, so this was a great choice. It is made of tough thick gauge steel all throughout, and includes heavy duty mounting hardware for securing to the studs, as well as adjustment knobs for easy enough extension of the sliding bar, though adjusting the arm to one side or other is not a quick adjustment, it requires two carefully aligned washers, a bolt and a nut to be removed and replaced each time the arm is adjusted. In short, don't adjust the arm much.As for the wall mounts performance in use, every strike does make the hardware hit the steel, but it is the kind of noise I would expect to hear in a gym setting anyway, so it doesn't bother me. Again, quieter mounts do exist, but they require ceiling or other non adjustable options, and can be on the expensive side. This works perfectly for me in my garage/home gym, as long as you have a standardized house with stud framework in it, this will work with it and it can handle whatever a person can throw at it within reason.

Easy to install. Missing some details.
I recommend placing something to deaden the vibration on a wood framed wall. The spacing is perfect for stud framed 16” on center. I used some rubber gym mat as an isolator between the wall and the mount. The swing arm works well. I added a rubber grommet into the slide pin to deaden the sound of it bouncing around when using the heavy bag.

Idea is nice, but leaves a lot to be desired
This is meant to allow bag workouts without taking up a lot of space when not in use. A few issues with the concept and execution:1. It's not easy to move into and out of the storage position. You have to reach the mount and remove a bolt, it's not a spring release, and not something that can be reached without a stool unless you have a low bag and/or little/no space between the top of the bag and the mount.2. It's noisy. The bolt can be tightened, but even when tightened it moves as the bag is hit. The extendable bar adds to the noise. With a ceiling mount the impact noise doesn't transfer very much vertically to the ceiling, so the ceiling noise isn't terrible, but this is mounted to a wall on the side and every impact sends a lot of energy sideways into the wall. The wall acts like a speaker, so you can hear each impact on both sides of the wall. While this has some use in specific situations, I'm going back to a ceiling mount with a wall tie that allows me to hold it out of the way to clear workout space when not in use..I STRONGLY recommend mounting this to secure walls - if you mount it into drywall it will not support the bag for long. Directly into studs, or put plywood on studs, then mount this to plywood. Concrete and concrete blocks should be fine, but you'll want to regularly check your fasteners as I expect they'll loosen over time in brittle walls like concrete.
