I ordered one before and it had a little crack in it which kind of put me off but then when I contacted the seller, they sent me a new one straight away at no extra cost. these combs are AMAZING for stopping my hair from becoming static especially when i straighten it and it just has a very well built feel to it. recommended it to a friend and she loved it too!! perfect!!
