Continents Uncovered: Asia

NO PHOTOS
My main review point about this book is that it contains no photos. I think in a book about geography and places with different cultures, photos really bring it alive to the young reader. Unfortunately there are none in here, only drawings/diagrams.The book still has a good selling point: the experiment activities, 7 in total. For example you can "make a pinecone hygrometer and use it to measure the humidity". Another activity covers acid erosion. These science based activities linked to the geography of Asia are simple enough to do, could be fun, and are educational. There are some good facts in here about Asia too - "Asia is home to the 100 highest mountains in the world" - and all in simple language for young ones. But, as said before, I think the book could have been improved with lots of glossy photos.⭐⭐⭐⭐
