I built a P365 from the ground up using a Sig FCU, a Wilson Combat grip module, a Sig 365X bronze slide (with optic mount), a Holosun 507k, Streamlight TLR6 300 lumen with green laser, and a threaded True Precision barrel (since the factory barrel spews residue all over the front of the optic). So I needed this holster so the barrel would fit thru. I read the comments about the clip being a loose fit but I'd say they are clipping onto cheap/thin belts. I use a Rigid gun belt and this clips perfectly to it... no wiggle, not too big, not too small, just the right size, works perfectly. A well deserved 5 stars. Very happy.

Works good, holds firearm in place. Definitely a lot bulkier holster with a light on a firearm. Good build quality, durable. Just as concealed as having no light. Easy to adjust tension. Out of box the tension was not tight enough. I had to tighten as I like firearm to be in holster securely.

My P365 is an X (not sure if that makes it a marco or not) and it has a light rail. The rail does not fit right. The holster, however, works well with a sig 938 I recently bought on Gun Broker, so I will keep it.

I’ve used this brand of holster for my P365 for 4 years, and got this for my P365XL when my wife started carrying the P365. The holster holds the firearm close to my body so that it is invisible to those around me, while still being accessible enough for a fast, secure, and consistent draw. The trigger well is fully covered, locks the firearm in securely (tighten the screws to your preferred level of retention) & the inside extends just above the beaver tail to protect the firearm from sweat corrosion. Candidly, kydex holsters in general are not the most comfortable holsters and this one is no exception, though I only find it to be uncomfortable when I’m driving for extended periods of time. For me, function is more important than comfort, and in that role this holster is one of the best I’ve found at a fraction of the cost of similar holsters.

Good, works with a compensator - open end holster

Fits P365, P365X, P365XL well as long as you have the light. Decent retention, but could be better. Fairly comfortable, but I did have to trim the top, as it stuck out past the beaver tail, digging into my skin.

Really good holster for the price, just wish they’d make something for the TLR-7 sub light

Works very well. Holds firmly, but not upside down. Protects trigger.
