Let me start by saying these are quite large chunks. You won’t be eating them in 1 bite. They taste pretty good but I think cheese cake looses some of its flavor profile when being turned crunchy. It doesn’t remind me as much of cheesecake, but it’s still good. It’s pretty expensive stuff tho, definitely more of a specific need or as a gift type of snack, definitely not something I’d order regularly. The photo makes them look in rough shape but honestly, considering the gram cracker crust and the fact my box look like it took a beating, they stayed in really good shape. They’re crunchy and turn creamy while eating which is interesting (in a good way). Unique way to have cheese cake for sure.
