It’s very large so the size is perfect to do all kinds of moves and actually stay on the mat the entire time which I love so much! It’s beautiful and comfortable! I use it every day! I’m 5 foot 8 for reference in the pic of me laying on it.

Double mats are cool.This one is grippy and a good balance of cushionIt is not the most durable of mats. For the price I expected a more closed cell durable material. Its still nice though and comes in a bag

Glad I got it. The size is great and its very comfortable on floor or carpet. The travel bag is also helpful to store it. Only thing is if oil gets on it (hair, palm with lotion, body oil, face etc.) it will leave a stain so be careful to not have oil products on you especially during yoga childs pose!

I love the color of this mat! it feels thick enough on my tile floor. I do my stretching in the am. perfect for that. just got it last week. and have to see how it holds up. I would buy it again. much better price than other expensive ones that have same thickness.

Love the size of this mat! I wasn't too worried about the minimal thickness until I noticed that the material is not exactly the strongest. Impressions/indentions are left easily and the foam will not bounce back to its original shape/density. Just something to keep in mind. On another positive note - it's recyclable.
