Picked up the Mould King 17058 City Mobile Crane Truck Toy Building Set for my son’s birthday, and it turned out to be one of his favorite gifts. He’s big into building sets, and this one checked all the boxes.It kept him focused way longer than most things do, which says a lot. He enjoyed putting it together step by step, and once it was done, he didn’t just leave it sitting there—he actually plays with it.If you’ve got a kid who likes construction builds and hands-on projects, this one holds their attention and gives them something they’re proud of when it’s finished. This was my first build with this company. Everyone claims lego is king. I discovered there are many and I'm OK with that. Lots of detail, and functionality. It is a difficult build. Not for beginners or young ones without help. Huge build, way bigger than I had imagined. This is a manual version. meaning, all functions have cranks and dials. There are bigger more expensive versions that are remote controled. I had a ton of fun building this and it actually forced me to buy many more from this company. My only complaint is the instruction manual could be tweeked to be better. Colors and views need some help. Look and relook as you build. If it feels wrong check closely. I made several mistakes assuming I was using the right part. The only thing lego does better is their app. Mould kings is simply a digital version of the hard copy. If ur into the tecknic type builds like I am you will be very happy.

Hard directions to follow. Missing a few parts. But glad we bought it. It was fun to build.

This was a gift for our 8 year old's b-day. He worked on putting it together for about 3 days' worth of afternoons/evenings (working in the time after school) and had minimal help from adults and older siblings. He had a blast putting it together and is now having lots of fun rigging up platforms and things to hook with the crane. It's a little tippy when it's loaded with something heavy, which he doesn't love because he worries it will break---but it's still a great crane (he says). He loved the details like the steering wheel and tiny leavers and how it's easy to crank. Super glad we bought this one!

This product made my son’s day. It has excellent instructions and the pieces went together easily. It stays together during play as well.It really has all of the characteristics of legos at about half the price. It took me about 6 hours to put together 997 pieces. We plan to buy more Mould King products.

My 9 year old son built this all by himself. It was a challenge but the instructions were really good and he had such an amazing time building it! Grandma got him the tow truck as well. Usually non-brand name building blocks are lame but this one is just like the name brand 😉

Good quality, comparable to Lego technic builds.Two small flaws:For younger kids following multi step instructions crammed into a single page can get challenging, instructional manual could be improved.There is a flaw in the design of the front wheel gear system that doesn’t allow proper rotation.Over all good and likely to give another build a try. 7 year old approved Lego alternative at a cheaper price point.

Die gute Kopie der Dänischen Klemmbausteine.War Anfangs skeptisch aber hat sich zum positiven gewendet, die Steine sind gut verarbeitet und die Anleitung übersichtlich, macht Spass zu bauen und preislich sehr Attraktiv ein Stern Abzug da der Kranaufsatz recht wackelig auf dem Drehgelenk sitzt.
