By far the best straightener I’ve ever owned and y’all I’ve had A LOT. This isn’t like any you’ve ever used before. It makes hair so silky smooth and warms up in a matter of seconds. The anti damage vibration control is such a treat too. I feel so fancy using this!! It has curling ability, the cord is long enough for my chair and it feels hefty and full of performing power. I am so grateful for this! And it comes in pink!!!! Customer service is the best I’ve ever worked with too— not that I’ve had any problems but they check in on me and I really appreciate it!

There are so many flat irons on the market at all different price points it's hard to know which one to purchase. I wasn't sure about this particular iron because I was not familiar with the brand and the price was so much lower than I'm used to seeing for quality hair tools. After reading and comparing I decided to pull the trigger and make my purchase. I should have bought this a LONG time ago! I have very curly long hair and was in need of a new flat iron. My previous iron was not able to get my hair as straight and left it frizzy on the ends. It was taking such a long time to complete the straightening process and even touch ups took forever. This new flat iron is amazing! It has several heat setting that go to 410 degrees which is the temperature I typically use. It heats up super fast and keeps when ready for use. It has a vibration feature you can turn on/off. I am able to straighten my hair very quickly as each section only requires 1 pass. It leaves my hair smooth and shiny. My ends are not frizzy and they even look healthy unlike with my previous iron which left them looking dry and frizzy. I am very pleased with this tool and I no longer dread straightening my hair. I have also noticed I don't need to touch up often - even after sleeping on my hair. I think it's because of how well it removes/prevents frizz. There's really not a single complaint. It looks nice and there's some weight to it, but not so much that it's hard to use. It's well made and fits well in your hand. The display is clear and easy to read. I am so glad I gave this a try before spending a lot of money on one of the more popular brands that also come with big price tags. It works great and it's unlikely spending more money would result in a better Flatiron than this!

Hands down one of the very best flat irons I’ve ever owned! Upon researching different flat irons, this one first caught my attention because my daughter‘s name is Ella, and we call her “Ella Bella”. 😊 Then I read the reviews and it received positive review after positive review. I placed an order for it and received it the next day. Upon my first use, I was blown away by how quickly it straightened my hair, and at a lower heat than I’ve used on prior irons. The width of this iron is a little larger, so when using it to put in ”beach waves”, it took me a little more practice, but I mastered it quickly and they came out looking better than the thinner ones I have used before. One of the coolest things about this company is that when I registered it for the warranty it comes with, you actually speak to a real person! So any questions or concerns you have, there’s someone right there you can message and ask! How many companies can you say that about? It blew my mind and they are so kind and professional. After I purchased my flat iron, I also purchased the Ella Bella heat protectant spray. It rocks, and I’ll do a positive review under that purchase as well. If you have been considering a flat iron that works quickly and offers you the smooth shiny results you are in search of, search no further. This flat iron will deliver the results you have long been looking for and will keep your hair in top shape! No more going over a section of hair over and over. Once, maybe twice over a section is all it takes. I couldn’t be more pleased, and I would highly recommend this flat iron to everybody, friends, and strangers alike! 🥰

I absolutely love this hair straightener! It straightens my hair so fast — my whole head takes about 10 minutes, and my hair is naturally very curly and thick. I was honestly shocked at how quickly it worked. One of my favorite features is the vibrating effect when it glides over my hair. It feels really smooth and helps the straightener move easily without pulling or snagging. My hair comes out sleek, shiny, and looks professionally done. I also love the color — it looks beautiful and high-quality. My first requirement while researching a replacement flat iron was that it needed Dual Voltage capability (it wasn’t fun being overseas on vacation before with a burned-out hair tool — oops). The Ella Bella has that very important feature, and now I’m glad I needed to get a new flat iron because this one is so much better! From the moment I opened the box I was impressed. First of all, it’s packaged so beautifully in an attractive box, with a soft travel pouch included, that it was like receiving a lovely gift. I ordered the champagne color and although it may sound minor, it really is nice to have a styling tool that looks pretty on the counter and somehow feels more special when using it. The straightener has a solid feel to it, the blades are wide, it’s easy to handle, and I was amazed by how quickly it heated to the desired temperature, which is also easily adjustable. The vibration feature is designed to prevent overheating of hair, and my hair does look extra smooth and shiny after using it, definitely more so than when using my former flat iron! It has an automatic shut-off feature as well which I’ll admit was much appreciated this week after I realized I’d dashed out without remembering to turn it off. (Oops again.). Lastly, the customer service is noteworthy. It comes with a warranty that is super easy to register, the manufacturer reaches out to see if you have any questions after the Ella Bella arrives, and they are easily reachable in return. I spent a lot of time researching different hair straightening tools before purchasing this one. It costs more than some others, but it’s also a higher quality tool so a good value overall. I’m very happy with my choice and highly recommend it.

Excellent product!!! I’m 64 years old and I’ve had countless flat irons over the years. My hair is naturally curly, and I’ve had difficulty finding a flat iron that will safely straighten my hair. I have spent hundred of dollars looking for products to simply create silky straight. When I came across Ella Bella on line, I was very impressed with the appearance and cost of the product. I ordered the flat iron, which was the best decision I’ve ever made for my hair. I would highly recommend this product as it flattens your hair with ease. I’ve never been more pleased on how my hair looks now after using Ella Bella. The price is the best I’ve ever seen for such an outstanding product! I’ve paid well over $250 for a Chi with none of the results Ella Bella has. If you’re looking for a flat iron that has amazing instant results with very little effort or time, do not look any further! You have to get this product!!!

I was skeptical of all the positive reviews online and Amazon, but decided to give it a try. It’s really worth all the hype. It heats up in about a minute and gives a soft beep when it is heated up. The only minor drawback was between the temperature of 390 it jumps to 410, but on the other lower settings it only jumps 10 degrees. Not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind. This thing really does smooth out your hair in one pass. I was amazed how quickly I was able to get my hair straight and smooth. I have really thick and coarse Asian hair, and after using this straightener my hair feels silky smooth. It took my 10 minutes to get my hair done vs the 15-20 minutes it used to take me on the Babyliss Pro. I used many expensive and cheap straighteners and this has to be my favorite right out of the box. For the price totally worth it.

I was new to using a flatiron on my long, naturally curly/wavy, thick, coarse hair, so after extensive research based on my hair type and the features I wanted (to protect my hair from heat damage), as well as the rave reviews I read, I purchased the Ella Bella in September 2024. I absolutely loved the product immediately, and I still do. It's easy to use, heats up quickly, temperature controlled, and it has a vibrating feature, which I love. It effortlessly straightened my thick hair quickly where I didn't have to go over sections of hair several times (causing less damage). Unfortunately, after a few months, the red LED sensor showing the OFF and temperature setting started flickering and acting crazy, and then it would shut itself off. I was upset with myself because I had failed to register for the 2-year warranty, but I still contacted Ruth (the owner) to let her know about the issue. She was very kind and willing to help me despite the fact I hadn't registered for the warranty. She asked me to send a video to show her what I was experiencing. However, when I tried to do that, I couldn't recreate the issue, which was frustrating, but after a period of time, it started working again all on its own so I was thrilled. Fast forward several months later and I again started experiencing issues, but this time it would just stop working (no light flickering), which I only realized when I could no longer hear or feel the vibration. I would unplug it, give it some time, plug it back in, only to have it work for a few minutes before it would shut down again. I contacted Ruth again to let her know about the new issue I was experiencing. She offered to send me a replacement after I sent her a video showing the issue along with my original ordering info, shipping address, etc. However, when I plugged it in to do the video, it wouldn't turn on at all. I sent Ruth the other info she requested and explained I wouldn't be able to do a video because it wouldn't turn on now. She then asked me to send her a video of me plugging it in to document how it didn't turn on anymore. As soon as I did that, she sent out a replacement and I received it within 2 days. And I didn't have to spend any extra money to ship back the first flatiron, which was really appreciated. I can't say enough nice things about Ruth and how she stood behind her product and made things right...even after I had failed to register for the warranty. It's not very often anymore where a company will go out of its way to make things right with the customer and it was immensely appreciated!! This is a GREAT product and one I would recommend purchasing despite the issues I experienced. I honestly believe this was just a fluke and I just happened to get the one that decided to act up. Again, great product and fantastic customer service...thank you, Ruth!!

Great product , I loved it ! Once you buy an Ella Bella product , you become part of the family . Great customer service , 24/7 . Not very often you get this attention to detail . Recommend it 100 %.

Awesome flat iron! Best one I’ve ever had

By far the worst flat iron I've ever used (I'm sorry Ella Bella). My cheap $35 flat is beyond better! This one REAKS of burned plastic and the vibrating plates rips my hair out! It's SO painful to use. I'm so disappointed at that price!
