Looks like lots of great recipes to make with my ice cream maker. However, I will use my vitamix for these recipes. I am looking forward to giving them a try! Some of them look great!

I was so excited to receive this book and I looked at all the different ice creams I could make as soon as I got it. Well, today I was making the chocolate ice cream and the recipe is not COMPLETE. For starters it never tells you when to add the vanilla, it says to add half the milk when I added the milk to the chocolate mixture, so I added the all heavy cream to the egg mixture because it NEVER tells you when to add the other half of the heavy cream. I also cooked the chocolate mixture with the heavy cream for 5 to 10 minutes, then cool for the 2 hours. It's crazy.So between my mother, myself and the recipe that came with the ice cream bowl I think it'll become ice cream. It might be sorry when it comes to mixing it in the bowl because it's a lot of liquid. I might have to do it in 2 batches.Please read each recipe before making the the type of ice cream you want, you might have to adjust the recipe a bit but it's a great base idea on how to make flavors than vanilla. Some of the recipes are strange like oregano and other herbs and spices, they are very strange but there's something for everyone. My daughter is lactaid intolerant and must have FODMAP friendly food and there's a recipe in there she can have pulse there's even a vegan recipe.Just remember it's more of a guide for the chocolate at least not sure of others yet.To the chocolate I'm adding freeze dried strawberries and white chocolate chunks. I hope it's so amazing.

It’s okay but I find that most of the recipes came with my new kitchen aid cream attachment. So I really didn’t need it. But if you’re not getting the attachment it comes with a lot of interesting ice cream recipes.
