No issues, works great. Only had it for a month but it does what I need it to do.

UPDATE: For goodness sake DO NOT BUY this!!! After just a month of usage the bell is not connecting to the monitor. Thus, no ringing is taking place!! The monitor is just 2 footsteps away from the door. Both devices are fully charged.Even before then, I could not figure out how to adjust the date and time on the monitor!First PostingThe actual image quality is no where close to what is shown in the product description. The power plugs are rediculously short and feable. The bottom part of the plugs came apart when I tried to unplug it from the socket. I can't figure out how to adjust the date and time. There is no obvious settings button. MOST OF ALL. As another reviewer said, the feild of view is very narrow. People don't press a door bell and then stand in front the camera. Normally people stand in front a door and then reach out to the side to press the door bell. The camera doen't pick up the person standing at the door. FIrst day of use in a professional environment, staff had to ask the client to stand in front of the camera. How embarrassing!! That's what we got for going cheap!!

Wireless works perfectly, except that the soundis pretty poor.

Works as described, except, there is no way to download the pictures. I would have given it 5 stars if there was a way to get the pictures.edit 5-10-2018Didn't last long. The door bell/camera stopped working.

Great range and functionality. Easy install. A longer outside unit's power chord would make it perfect for a local video doorbell.

Beware! You CANNOT change the ringer volume. It is EXTREMELY LOUD!The instructions that come with it are confusing, and can be hard to understand.Giving it 2 stars because it does come with a variety of (EXTREMELY LOUD) ringtones, and it does do a video intercom.However, I found that the video camera needs to be about chest/head height in order to see who is ringing the bell. Normal people ring the bell and stand by the door. With this product, if you have the ringer at waist to mid-chest height, you won't be able to see their face. You'd need to install this higher or have the people stand back a few feet from the door in order to see their face.Returning it right away.

We bought this Item to avoid drilling and passing cables from the entrance vestibule to the reception area (less than 20ft.).This unit looks good, however has few problems::1)Battery does not last as advertised, even when the unit is not used.2) Audio is the worse, it is hard to hear and voice has major lag and comes out chopped. It appears that the microphone is the cheapest they could find3) The devise creates its own wireless and it looses connection very easily.All and all, we are actually thinking on returning this device and buy a different one.

The product delivered the results as expected. The picture quality and battery life are great and the installation is super easy. Definitively worth the investment
