This comes in so nice box with very nicely wrapped polycarbonate glass and the image is so clear. It is amazing product and exactly matches the description. I felt so happy when my wife loved it so much!!! Amazing warm yellow lighting and very clear picture and fonts.

Hi I was really disappointed as I really like this product, 😔 it was ment to be a memory presents, but as you can see from the photos.It Several scratches, one side very damaged aslso a bobbly effect over the whole finish.Could if be a film on top 🤔Don't want to risk more damage by trying because I don't think it is.Please could it be re done to a better standard,I really don't want to have to ask for a refund & leave a poor review.Many thanks Mr P Baxter.
