In the last few weeks of my third trimester and combine this tea with a red raspberry leaf tea twice a day. Only giving 4 stars because 9/10 times the tea bag falls off the string while steeping.

I’ve gotten into the habit of drinking this every night throughout my last trimester of pregnancy. I’ve finished the 2 containers and I’m ready to buy more. Tastes good and it’s easy on my tummy.

I have been drinking this tea since the start of my third trimester and enjoy the taste. I can't speak to how they will affect delivery since I am not due until next week. However, I have noticed more cramping since drinking them so that's great as my body is preparing. My only real issue with them is the tea bags themselves. I have to first shake the tea packet at the top or the bottom to ensure I don't rip open a bag (which I have done several times). Also, if you'll slightly too hard on the string the whole thing comes out. If they were slightly higher quality bags these would be perfect.
