Ballarini 's entire line of pots and pans are excellent quality. We've purchased a lot of pans over the years and these pans are, by far, superior to anything we've ever owned. Nothing sticks to them, the handles of the pot don't get hot, easy to clean, needs very little oil - I could go on an on. We just LOVE these pans.

I do a lot of cooking and liked this pot so much I bought all the others to make a complete set. I carmelized onions for onion soup perfectly and no sticking. A breeze to clean. I replaced my Caphalon set with these pans.

Wealthy friends had these when we stayed at their cabin. We are not wealthy, but these were reasonably priced. We figured if the rich folks got 'em, they're probably top notch. We weren't disappointed. So easy to cook with and clean. Now we dress fancy when we cook with them. Next time we visit their cabin, we're taking notes on all their stuff.

So far good, time will show the results.

Love this pan. The size is great and easy to clean, but the handle melted at 400° in the oven. The company doesn't have replacement lids or even the handle which screws off.

Love this pot! I have all sizes of the Ballarini skillets that make eggs so fluffy and delicious that it is hard to believe! So, I decided to try this pot to make my Sunday pasta sauce, stews, soups, etc. It cooks everything evenly and perfectly. The best pots and toxin free!
