Foundations and Concrete work (For Pros, by Pros) Paperback – 1 April 2008

Very useful book which is laid out well.

usual good standard and read from the pros for pros books, but this one is actually a lot thicker than the other ones i have which was nice surprise.

I really do not understand why others have rated this book 4 or 5 *. It is just a series of projects taken from building magazines. A lot of this is not even applicable to the UK as the bok is intended for th USA. A better book is Brickwork and Bricklaying. This give a better explanation on foundations and also is a good book for DIY bricklaying.

Plenty of useful info for anyone tackling a major project using concrete.
