My classic favorite
Grape nuts is the choice for me for nearly 60 years as near as I can tell. The only problem I've ever had is that I can't keep it on the Shelf. I can't only eat one half a cup which is the serving suggestion. I probably have a minimum of a cup and a half or two cups every time I have it and it doesn't stay on the shelf. I wish I could buy at least a one month supply and recently learned I can get 8 lb of it at a time. That might be the amount I need to get. I thought the box of four was going to be enough but I'm already on my fourth box and the end of the month for me is still 2 weeks away so I guess I need a five box minimum because I definitely want to have a little bit every day sure does help to get your fiber content in.
