The new mask is quieter than previous ones I’ve used. Fits snug and doesn’t hurt the bridge on my nose where I always get a sore. No air leaks and I have a 7 inch beard. I have a medium size that matches other brands. You can purchase the same size you’re currently using.One thing that concerns me is the foam on the mask, it will get dirty and instructions say not to submerge for cleaning use damp cloth cleaning the foam. There’s glue attaching the foam to the mask. I’ve been using CPAP wipes and that’s working well. There are foam covers that can be purchased that may keep it clean and they’re washable. I’m not sure if those will cause leaks, but I’m looking to test a few out.Most elbows should work on the frame, and the ones I’ve purchased worked.I highly recommend purchasing one and price is much cheaper.

Foam on face mask is a cheap imitation of the Resmed original. Made by same company under different names.

The foam is definitely comfortable, but my BiPAP unit keeps telling me it leaks. I changed back to the ResMed F40 and it worked fine, so the F20 does leak.

Overall this is a decent quality replacement set for the rest med air fit 20 CPAP and BiPAP set up. The only thing that’s not included is the elbow connector. I have found in trying to find replacement items that are quality products and affordable to augment what my insurance company provides every 90 days to be somewhat challenging. This company, in my experience so far, seems to have the best products.The headgear and the set is flexible and soft yet doesn’t stretch out as quickly as some others. The blue protective sheaths on the mask itself in my opinion help prevent marks on your face but frequently need to be readjusted. The most impressive part is the pillow. The silicone is high-grade, soft and avoid air leaks. Whether you order the entire set or individual pieces I have confidence in this vendor.

This headgear is a good choice when your CPAP headgear needs replaced. Everything but the hose elbow is included and even has a memory foam cushion which is extremely comfortable. The frame and straps are more than adequate and provide the expected level of comfort. Definitely a serious option if you have to pay out of pocket for CPAP supplies due to the pice difference versus the OEM equipment!

So far this mask has been a good solid replacement for my regular f20. The seal around my face is good and i have not had any problems with excess air leaks. Its comfortable and i have not had any skin reactions from the material it is made of. the one thing i did notice is that it did have a much stronger chemical small than the ones i get directly from my local cpap supplier. that alone makes me a little leary of it but beyond that particular issue, it is as advertised.

My doctor wanted me to switch to something like this, but I went from having less than five episodes at night to now I’m having 18 with this mask. It is awful. I will never buy it again.
