Start with about 1/2 dose and see how that works . Then move up to full
I’ve been using it for about six months and at first I noticed the ringing in my ears was a little softer, but now when I use it the ringing seems to go away. I only used a little at first , now I use about 3/4 dose and it seems to work well.
