No. It clearly states Intel LGA1150 Z97 and has the Intel logo all over it in the picture. These are tell-tale signs that it's not compatible with AMD. I'd look at a new keyboard though, seems your '?' key is stuck.

Does this motherboard have internet connection

The board does have a internet connection though Ethernet, but not though WiFi as it does not have a WiFi card installed inside the motherboard.

What size CPU cooler does this support?

If the cooler is Socket 1150 compatible. It will work with this board. I recomment the Corsair H100i really love that cooler
