We use the leg rest, and incline the seat, etc. It's very comfy to sit on, good padding, and it certainly is durable. Back support is very good, I rarely get bad backs anymore from sitting all day indoors. Deffo amazing value for money, it's still within the budget for such an amazing chair. Not sure why some of the comments talk about the leather being cracked etc after a few months. My boyfriend is more rough with chairs than me but his chair looks amazing still (the video attached). The back massager works fine too although we just don't use it as often. Overall it's a very good purchase.
