I had some intense bloating and pain and my first thought was "I need Midol, now!" Luckily in my area they offer overnight shipping for this. I needed some immediate pain relief and as soon as I got it, it worked in less than 30 minutes, and full pain relief in about an hour. I have no caffeine tolerance (a cup of coffee at noon will keep me awake to see the sunrise tomorrow) so this product is perfect since there is no caffeine. It has an antihistamine in it, so it will probably make you a bit drowsy, so beware! This will now definitely be my go-to for period symptoms.

I stopped taking Midol because it would make me crazy hyper and shakey. I started taking Tylenol but it wasn't working the way I needed it to without taking the Maximum 8 pills! Once I discovered the caffeine-free version, I can get through the day with just 2 pills, without the shakes.
