Floats just the right amount. This swim belt is great for water therapy, my father-in-law is recently getting over cancer and needs some physical therapy. This belt helps him just the right amount to walk in the water and rebuild some strength in his legs. The large buckle is easy to close and the belt itself is easily adjustable. The neoprene outer shell is soft and comfortable against bare skin and doesn't rub or chage. Belt seems pretty durable. I like that the adjustable leg straps have a zip pocket to hold the excess string after tightening. The large front pocket seems convenient but isn't waterproof, maybe a good place for a fishing license if you use this for wade fishing, just an idea. Over all great product for the price.

This swim belt has been the answer I was looking for! I am a petite woman and do aqua exercise weekly. The regular Aqua-Jogger I used kept riding up on me despite tightening the waist straps as much as possible.. I would spend half of my time in the. pool pulling it down. When I discovered this model came with leg straps I was eager to try it. It made all the difference! Why did no one think of adding the leg straps before? I am delighted with the results I got while trying it for the first time in the pool yesterday. It mades the exercise much more enjoyable when I am not constantly tugging on the flotation belt.

It seems like common sense that a product designed for water use would have stainless steel or aluminum or other corrosion resistant components. Less thank a month and lots of rust even though we rinse and dry after every use. Disappointed in that. As an FYI to parents, it is not a complete flotation device, but rather a buoyancy assist. My 8 year old was testing it and she will still go slightly under water if keeping still. No biggie in that regard or knock on quality, just good to know. It still helps to float. Otherwise it has good adjustment size, zippers and buckles are fine, and the zip pocket is nice for small storage.

This is a great floatation belt that I use for my water aerobics. The best thing about it is it doesn't ride up from your waist to your armpits unlike the belts they have for use at the pool. The only downside to the belt is it doesn't provide the buoyancy that the belts at the pool. The pool's belts easily keep my head, neck and bit of the shoulders out of the water. This belt only keeps my head out of the water, but the fact that its stays on my waist makes up for the lack of buoyancy.

I needed a water belt for water jogging, but the couple that I tried tended to gravitate upward no matter how much I tightened the belt. This belt you slip your legs through and it keeps the belt from riding up. It is of decent quality, although one of the grommets came loose. It fits well and does its job. It dries fairly quickly and is easy enough to use. I would repurchase.

This swim belt helps me walk in water and restore leg strength. The leg straps are well designed and keep the belt centred when treading water. It is comfortable to wear and the buckles do not rust. I highly recommend it！

My 7yo is delayed and needs just a bit of flotation to help him enjoy the pool. No inflation necessary, so no holes to worry about. This belt does the trick for us. It’s lasted through one season of frequent swimming and air drying indoors completely between swimming sessions. Will hope to use it again next summer but I will definitely buy again if needed.

So cheaply made that the belt is already coming apart after 5 water aerobics classes. The grommets used to tighten the belt do not hold & the tension on the legs loosens with each small movement. The metal grommets that attach the leg pieces have torn away from the body of the flotation device. The actual belt holds so much water, that after wearing for one hour in the pool, upon departing the pool, the belt leaks water & needs to be contained in a garbage bag to transport in my car. The flotation device within the belt gets saturated with water & needs to be hung out to dry for several days before reusing. Very cheaply made & I will purchase another product for use next summer for deep water aerobics. Would not buy again nor recommend.

Great swim belt, perfect for my almost 4 year old. Forced him to learn to kick and move his arms to get around the pool. After a couple weekends wearing it, he was confident to swim on his own. Highly recommended over a puddle jumper if you want your child to learn to swim, moving their arms and legs just like they would if they were swimming on their own.

Happy with this product! Very good quality, from the straps to the handles and clasps. Very easy to put on, and the additional straps around the legs work well to keep it in place. Recommend this for water therapy or swim classes for seniors or children.

This belt is better than the foam ones. The leg straps could be better, but they work to hold the belt in place.

The product description states that the metal rings should not rust or tear out of the fabric, but I recently purchased and both have happened after the first use, otherwise the product worked as intended. Great item for aquafit. I had previously tried the other belts for deep water aquafit but when its wet it keeps riding up to your ribs and made it very uncomfortable. This item is on your waist and legs so it doesn't ride up. Would recommend for deep water activities
