I have had IPL light treatments, I decided to invest in the megelin mask. The mask and neck mask are wonderful!! They are comfortable and easy to use. Clean up is easy with a damp clothe. I have seen a difference in my skin, my face feels tighter and smoother! I recommend 20 minutes to get the most results. The convenance of doing it right at home and not having to go to a salon appointment is a time saver! Not to mention the money I’m saving! This product is worth every penny! Get you one!!!

I had been using my phone charger (USB-C to USB-C), which turned out to be the problem. I would offer a much higher star if my replacement ever arrived. I order this on March 10th and it was received immediately. I thought I was seeing almost immediate results, but the connector broke off where the face mask connects to the charger. I returned the item with everything fully intact, in the original packaging, with a shipping label at Whole Foods and have been waiting for a month on a replacement. Replacement ordered March 22. Today is April 21st and no one in customer service seems to be able to help me figure out why this hasn't shipped.

I purchased this item in February and have been using it several times a week since then. I find the red light very relaxing and have noticed a reduction in lines after two months of use. It is comfortable and I appreciate the different lighting options to target various areas of concern. I feel my face is more radiant with using this. I also enjoy that it comes with a piece to do my neck and chest area.The only drawback is that it should come in different sizes, as it can be challenging if the device feels too big for your face. I can either redlight my upper lip or my chin, I cannot do both as it is way too big.

Light weight, easy to wear and easy to charge and not be tied down to being plugged in.I went back and forth on a hard shell mask or shift shell mask and I’m so glad I chose this one. It’s leight weight and forms right to my face.I’ve used it 3-4x per week for 3months and can already see a difference in my skin texture. Worth every penny
