Bought 4 of these cases for a family 2-city break in Italy. They survived the rigours of Italian cobbled streets, our teenage boys and taxi drivers chucking them around, airport baggage handling etc with no problems whatsoever. A couple of scratches here and there as you’d expect but no dents. The wheels are really good, super-quiet and smooth. As it is a hard shell case, the fact that one half can be completely zipped up and closed off so you can close the case without everything falling back out is a god-send. It also meant you could keep one half for clean, and one half for dirty clothes. You can squeeze lots in with good capacity but they are not too bulky to cart around. Nice and light too. And the TSA locks are just as good as any ‘premium’ brand, at a fraction of the price. Highly recommend these cases.

Wow! This suitcase is great! Very happy with my purchase. Lightweight. Brilliant strong wheels, which turn in all directions. Has secure locking system. Great straps & compartment for clothes etc inside. A lovely deep green colour too. Looking forward to taking on travels. First stop Corfu 😎.

I bought this after using my friend's suitcase from this company. Sadly, I never got the suitcase, as the delivery company was unable to deliver it, and so after 7 days, it was automatically sent back to Amazon. I did offer to buy the suitcase directly from the company, but they are not set up to cope with direct sales.So good suitcase from a verified user, less 1 star for extremely unhelpful delivery and a driver who lied about his "attempts" to deliver.

I like this case! I’ve been on two short trips, it’s been in an aircraft hold and also in the cabin It’s acceptable as a “large” carry on item to fit in the overhead lockers on a TUI flight including wheels.There are no marks on it at all and the lock has been reliable and feels very sturdy. You can get more in it than you think but the max I got was 9 kgs.Zips feel strong and all of the carrying handles feel strong and operate perfectly.Really happy with my purchase it’s a great case. I think the lighter coloured cases would mark easily so I got a darker colour.

I am pleased with the size of the case and quick delivery. One of the inner zips is torn away from the material. No option to return as I would not have had time. Check carefully and return if there are any faults, if possible.

Ordered 3 suitcases as gifts for people at our wedding (and added personalised vinyl letters as shown in the photo). The suitcases look great and this colour looks almost champagne in colour. Love the blue internal lining. They've obviously not been used yet so looking forward to getting the feedback on that, but so far happy with the purchase. The suitcase in the photo is a Medium size. This is probably great for shorter breaks or for those not needing to take quite as much kit. I bought another in Rose Gold for myself but in the large size as the Medium would be a bit of a squeeze for two weeks away. But these ones are for teenage boys so should be fine. Happy that they lock without worrying about losing a separate lock, they turn well on the spot, and packing items into it is equal proportion 50/50 with the zip being central so it wouldn't topple, which is good.

It costs to return the suitcase and the seller will not refund. Cheap, low-quality suitcase that cannot withstand air travel. I purchased the white color option, which turned out to be an off-white color, not at all like the white shown in the product images. When I arrived at my destination, I discovered that the suitcase was damaged and dented, and the outer shell was severely scuffed. I returned the two suitcases several months ago, but I have not received a refund, and they still have the cases. Buyers, I advise against purchasing these suitcases—they are not worth it!
