I purchased this via amazon but they also have it at cvs, if you wanna use your discounts. I have seen a physical difference when including this product in my routine. I got this because I was starting adapalene and was advised to use this product for redness and irritation caused by purging. There was an overall cleaner complexion, brighter skin, etc. It is not greasy, and glides across face nicely. I have found that a little goes a long way. Today's date is 4/28/26 and I purchased this 12/27/25. I have a beard, so keep that in mind regarding longevity of product, and use it only in the morning. I haven't experienced drying or irritation. My skin is combo but more on the oily side. I am giving 5 stars for how long it has lasted me, the price point, and the results. A great intro into azelaic acid.

Oh- this stuff WORKS.Great brand. Without doubt, it definitely takes care of redness and inflammation, my daughter uses this brand religiously and her skin in flawless at 16. I recently read up in Azelaic Acid and was surprised to find out that it works best when applied in a regular basis, rather than JUST a spot treatment. I currently use a different brand myself, but started out with this one on a whim. Azelaic acid is a great way to keep acne at bay. You really can’t bear the price range. My daughter goes through her products at a steady pace, consistency is DEFINITELY key in maintaining clear skin, and I’m not breaking the bank helping her maintain gorgeous skin. I wish azelaic acid was around when I was a teenager. Buy this and be consistent with it. You’ll see changes.

I have been using this for several weeks. I may have had a slight flare initially, but now my skin is significantly clearer. I will 100% purchases this again.

This stuff really worked for me. I tried everything, every acne soap (salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, niacinamide) nothing worked for me, only made my skin worse. I bought this as a last ditch effort and within a couple days I started to see results. Now my skin has completely cleared. First pic is from January 1st and second pic is from March 7th and my skin feels so much better, softer and almost no breakouts. It’s a little pricey but more than worth it if it works for you like it did for me.

It’s good but a bit stingy on sensitive skin at first. Does help lessen redness

I’ve tried a few different brands of azelaic acid and this one has become my new favorite. It doesn’t leave a white film tile a lot of the others and it leaves my skin moisturized instead of greasy. It’s done a great job controlling my rosacea redness and did not irritate my sensitive skin

I have a little bit of redness on my face and I wanted to try this out. I have super sensitive skin and this made my skin feel VERY hot and itchy within a few minutes. My face was super red and irritated after using this. I did not apply around my upper lips and you can see the irritation around it. I had to use aloe to help smooth that pain because I was so irritable. If you have very sensitive skin I do NOT recommend.

I had to share, for years I’ve battled with perioral dermatitis, used two different prescriptions, oral and topical which only help for a short period, where the symptoms did not go away completely . I was fortunate to come across this product which I used with cicaplast. Within the space of two months my face was finally completely healed. I’ve been watching for flare ups and nothing to date. It has since been a part of my daily routine.
