I planted a new native perennial flower garden and wanted to mark each plant so, come next spring, I know what’s a desired plant and what may be an undesired weed. I like these taller stakes so they are further above ground and, therefore, further above autumn leaf fall piling up as well as easier to see while I walk around the garden. I appreciate the included marker for writing and so far after a couple months the writing is still present and legible. The writing surface was large enough for my needs. They were easy to press into the ground and seem durable standing in the summer sun (hopefully they survive winter freezes). I think the price was good for the quantity. I’m happy with my purchase.

The Material feels and appears durable. Easy to write on with garden market. +Value for $. Visually appears larger than reported measurement due to Brite white and slight tilt of face plate. Length allows improved anchoring in the ground which I hope prevents the deer from displacing them when they search for food during winter and early spring. The markers will help me identify plant locations during early spring planting. The sturdy Material should provide ideal performance . Some of the better plant ID Labels I've gotten, and great for those taller, bushier plants that over-shadow/over-grow smaller ones. The bright yellow also becomes more visible against brush and branches, versus white, or metal tags.Takes permanent marker very well, and seems UV resistant, for now. I've only had them in one season so far, but all in full-sun plants that prefer hot, dry conditions (Mediterranean herbs), so the tags have had little to no shade since going in.The single leg is a little flimsy, and does need to go in rather deep to be sturdy enough to put up with any strong wing pressure, so it kind of negates the total height. Wish it had two legs for stability.

I like these stakes. The stems are sturdy and long. If too long for an indoor pot, just snip some off. Pen was included. These should do fine in the yard this winter, so I don't forget what's planted where! Being heavy plastic, they won't rust!
