They don’t snag on anything, you can sleep peacefully without the back side stabbing you and they are very secure. It’s tough screwing in the flat back since it’s such a tiny piece, but once it’s on, it’s amazing. I will definitely be buying this kit as gifts for my friends and family! Pretty assortment of earrings. However are they stainless steel or sterling silver? Or sterling silver over stainless steel? They are not for sensitive ears if that is the case. I have had them on for two days and my ears are very irritated, especially the ear holes with the small hoops with the rhinestones.I have 4 lobe piercings and one upper ear lobe piercing on each ear for reference. I'm really hoping it's just irritation for changing them up so much while trying to see what earring I liked where. I highly doubt it though since 4 of the 5 are 20+ years old.

Good quality and do, in fact, appear to be titanium since I have none of the irritation I typically do with some other materials. But the hoops are TEENY-TINY. I may have just overlooked the measurement/size info, but I wasn't expecting the hoops to be so small. I'll still use them for my helix piercing, and the largest ones look fine in earlobes, even in my rather voluptuous ones.
